We have reviewed the Cash Tracking System. Is it a SCAM?

We first visited Cash Tracking System to learn more. We were asked to enter our name,email,ph number which we did. Imediately it allow us access to over 15 videos and audios describing in detail what the program is all about. We were very impressed with the presentation and then detailed explanation which we received, total time we spent on the videos was approx. 30 min as we watched all the FAQ videos as well.
So far we are impressed, but is what the videos are describing real and legal?
We decided to investigate. We called the IRS to see whether the gifting was legal and tax free. Very interesting we thought, then after hanging up the phone with our Attorney we discovered that everything is perfectly legal so we decided to give it a go. Maybe this is an answer to Financial Freedom.
